The following data types are backed up: Tickets, internal notes, replies, attachments, custom fields and attachments. Due to API limitations we cannot back up reports, dashboards, conversations, triggers and views.
Learn moreWhen you restore a ticket or custom field, ProBackup will never overwrite or change existing data in Zendesk. Instead a copy will be recreated from your data backup and added as an extra item. When restoring a ticket, all related data such as comments & files will be restored as well.
